OUR Philosophy

We firmly believe in the creation of connections with the players and coaches we work alongside, and that a holistic approach is pivotal when seeking to help others achieve their potential.

Our coaches

OUR Philosophy

Our coaches

Our team of AFL Level 3- accredited coaches are passionate about developing others to achieve their potential.

Sourced from the teaching profession, our coaches also enjoy educating players on not only what to do in a given circumstance, but also how to think.

we asked some current afl stars why they do the extra work..

Zak Butters - port adelaide Power

Pick 12 - 2018 AFL National Draft

"Doing extra skills sessions and craft is a great way to get a competitive advantage over those around you. Knowing you've done the extra work gives you confidence to perform in games and on the training track at a consistent level"

Cam Rayner - Brisbane Lions

Pick 1 - 2017 AFL National Draft

"Work behind the scenes always adds up- you just never know who is watching, so always do your best!"

Matthew Rowell - Gold Coast Suns

Pick 1 - 2019 AFl National draft

"Doing the extra work ensures you'll get the best out of yourself. It provides you with the confidence that you've done the work, helping you go out on a weekend and perform to your best"

Noah Anderson - Gold COast Suns

Pick 2- 2019 AFL National Draft
